I replied to your other post with two ways that you can save this file. In this post, you note you are having difficulty saving it but that you have 'moved it' to the folder. What did you move there? Bm11d service manuals. Make sure that you actually have the text file saved in the folder.
NIST's guidance: check passwords against those obtained from previous data breaches. In February 2018, version 2 of the service was released with more than half a billion passwords, each now also with a count of how many times they'd been seen exposed. A version 3 release in July 2018 contributed a further 15.6M passwords to bring the total to 517M.
