It's not MIDI capable and not intended to be hooked up to a computer to control DJ software. It's for stand-alone media playback only without using a computer. It also cannot be used with timecode because it lacks separate outputs for each of the decks to connect to a timecode sound card. Your best option would be to sell it on eBay and use the money to purchase a MIDI controller. A similar product that also offers USB media playback as well as full MIDI controller support would be the Numark MixDeck series.
